Shipping policy

The goal of Trust Favor is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you may live.

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Trust Favor is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

All pre-order items will be processed within 21-30 business days or the estimated shipping date given at checkout. If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checkout.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.

Sizing

Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Since all sizes and figures are different, we include model size information for you to reference.

Keep in mind, T-Shirts are unisex so they may run larger.

Returns/Exchanges
